  1. Job Responsibilities:
    1. Document Preparation:

    2. Legal Research:
      • Conducting legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and precedents to support ongoing cases or transactions.
    3. Corporate Filings:
      • Assisting with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as articles of incorporation, annual reports, and other regulatory filings.
    4. Due Diligence:
      • Supporting due diligence efforts in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or other business activities.
    5. Contract Management:
      • Managing and organizing corporate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    6. Maintaining Legal Records:
      • Organizing and maintaining legal files, databases, and documentation systems.
    7. Coordination with Attorneys:
      • Collaborating with attorneys to gather necessary information, providing administrative support, and assisting in case management.
    8. Corporate Governance:
      • Assisting with corporate governance matters, such as board meetings, minutes, and compliance with corporate policies.
    9. Legal Compliance:
      • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and ensuring compliance.
    10. Communication:
      • Corresponding with clients, other law firms, and various stakeholders as directed by attorneys.


    • Education: A paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies is often required.
    • Experience: Prior experience as a corporate paralegal is beneficial, and familiarity with corporate law is essential.
    • Technology Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing various tasks efficiently.
    • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with attorneys, clients, and other professionals.
